Capacity of family appartement is max. 5 persons (incl. children).The apartment is not adapted for disabled guests.
Capacity of mobile home is max. 4 persons (incl. children). The mobile home is not adapted for disabled guests.
When booking the apartment or mobile home, it has to be paid in advance by bank transfer to the account after the invoice has been issued and sent by e-mail. The due date of the invoice is usually 14 calendar days.
Cancellation regulations
– Cancellation more than 4 weeks before the arrival date – 0%
– Cancellation 3 weeks before the arrival date – 50%
– Cancellation 2 weeks before the arrival date – 75%
– Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the arrival date – 100%
No pets inside allowed.
Prices for 1 night. Prices include bed linen, towel, car parking, unlimited electricity and water consumption, wi-fi, waste disposal.
Final cleaning is obligatory for everyone. Cleaning tools are available.
In case of early departure, the guest pays 100% of the remaining booked stay.
